Organised by Step Out, the “Book Play Festival” is an annual literary and theatre cross experimental theatre festival, it has produced many small theaters from Macao, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Malaysia for these few years, break through the boundaries of theater and literature.
“Reading the City”, the theme of year, from the three aspects of reading clubs, theater performances and multimedia exhibitions, we are looking for multiple possibilities for reading as a city.
足跡小劇場演書節從2010年起首辦，每年以不同主題、形式舉行，旨在建立文學與劇場對讀的空間，不是作品改編的單向生產關係，而是希望以閱讀激發劇場創作，從劇場創作燃起閱讀的慾望。今年以「閱．城」為主題，從讀書會、劇場演出、多媒體展覽等三方面，尋找以城市作為閱讀對象的多重可能。

之前我讀，卡爾維諾說，地獄就是我們身處的世界，解決的方式有二，成為它的一部分，當最幸福的傻瓜；不然找出它美好的事讓她們繼續保持美好，可憐的是這些人深知這地方的極壞，知道愈多愈發難過，要留住美好、又要留下青春，想做夢、又要改變別人，卻怕別人改變，無間地獄早在這種人心中萌芽，倒頭來沒有人逃得掉。
